Purchase Terms

All purchases through our website are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate inventory on our website but do not guarantee availability or timing of delivery.

Product pricing and availability may change without notice. Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may vary from in-store pricing. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer/order. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. We will verify pricing when processing your order. If we cannot fulfill an order due to a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to keep your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You agree to pay all charges incurred for shipping, handling, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes, and insurance. Title to products passes upon shipment. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is the responsibility of the carrier, not Magic Chef® Appliances.

We strive to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days. However, delivery dates given on the website or during the checkout process are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in shipping.

Backordered items may have separate delivery timeframes than in-stock items in the same order. We may ship portions of your order separately. You will not be charged extra for shipments due to items being out-of-stock.

For heavy products, your signature may be required upon delivery to accept receipt. It is your responsibility to inspect all packages for damage prior to accepting delivery. Please note any damages or missing items on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unused products for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Some products have specific return policies, noted on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Experience team for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product. Returns sent to our facilities without an RA number may not be accepted.

It is your responsibility to properly pack and ship any returns to ensure no damage during transportation. We recommend shipping returned items through a traceable, insured carrier in case the return is lost in transit. Returns must be in the original packaging with original accessories, manuals, parts, etc.

Upon receiving your return at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund. We will issue your refund in the original form of payment used at checkout within 7 days of receiving the return. You will be responsible for any costs of return shipping.

At our discretion, we may apply refunds towards an exchange for a different product or store credit instead of a monetary refund.

The following products are final sale and non-refundable: clearance/discount items, customized products, hygienic products, hazardous materials, and large appliances requiring professional installation.

Warranty Claims

Magic Chef® Appliances offers warranties of varying lengths for our products, typically between 1-5 years from the purchase date. Please see your product page and documentation for specific warranty terms.

If your product is under warranty, contact our Customer Experience team for troubleshooting assistance and warranty service. Depending on the issue, we will provide parts for self-repair, arrange for shipment of the product to our repair center, or coordinate service through an authorized technician.

Warranty service may be denied if the product damage is due to improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, transportation damage, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Modifying or tampering with the product will void the warranty.

Service under warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and location where the product was first installed. The warranty is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer may be required for some warranty claims.

Extended warranties are available for purchase on some products to supplement the standard warranty period. Please contact us for details.
